What is an AI agent?
Software that reads a request, decides the next step and takes action inside your tools, like updating a CRM, sending a reminder or booking a meeting, without someone clicking through each step.
How long until my first agent is live?
Most single-workflow agents go live in 10 to 14 business days after the discovery call.
Do I need a technical team?
No. We handle the build, hosting and updates. Your team only needs to tell us how the work is done today.
Security & control
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Agents run on business-tier model APIs that do not train on your data, and each agent only reaches the records it needs.
Can I approve actions before they happen?
Yes. You decide which actions run on their own and which wait for a person to approve, such as sending invoices or refunds.
What happens when an agent gets stuck?
It hands the task to the right person with a summary of what it already tried, so nobody starts from zero.
Plans & billing
What counts as an agent task?
One completed job, such as a qualified lead, a sent reminder or a filled shift. Reading and drafting along the way are included.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and we credit your setup fee toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual plans lock in the 20% discount for twelve months.
